  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Leave of absence] I'm paying in installments. Can I take a leave of absence?
    A

You are not allowed to drop out or apply for a leave of absence while paying tuition in installments.
If you want to take a leave of absence, you can take a leave of absence after paying in full.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Transfer] If you drop out as soon as I transfer, can you re-enter the school?
    A
    You cannot re-enter the school.

The basic condition for re-entry is that you must have at least one semester's grades while attending this school.

If you drop out of a semester immediately after transferring, you will not meet the conditions for re-admission.

If you are willing to re-enter, you must keep a semester record along with your registration details.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Entering the school again] Can I apply for a transfer as soon as I enter the school again?
    A

    1. Even if you re-enter the school, you can apply if you meet your previous qualifications.
    2. There is a condition that the applicant for transfer must be "in school", and if he/she re-enters in the first semester, the change in his/her academic record is before and after the application period.

As soon as you re-enter the school, you can't apply for a transfer.

    3. If you are re-entering the second semester and attending the semester, you will be transferred on the condition that you are enrolled in the previous January of the following year and the period of application.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Transfer] Can I cancel the transfer before the semester starts? (Refund of tuition fee, etc.)
    A
Even if you passed the transfer, it's still before the start of the semester, so I'm handling it at the "admission office."

You can visit the admissions office due to procedures such as refunds following cancellation of acceptance, and please contact the admissions office for information.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Returning to school] I'm an undergraduate. Can I take a semester off and go back to school?
    A

In the case of undergraduate students, their majors are assigned at the end of the first grade, so their majors are not assigned at the time of leave of absence.

Therefore, if you try to return to school, you cannot pass the class as a sophomore because you do not have a major.

Basically, you have to return to school according to the semester, so you have to return to school according to the second semester of the first grade.

If you have to return to school inevitably, there is a way to return to school in the first semester of the first grade due to voluntary pay.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [change major]I passed the transfer, but I still belong to the Korea Scholarship Foundation.
    A

The school system and the scholarship foundation system are separate.

Even if the school records are confirmed, the information is not immediately reflected.

In this regard, the school's scholarship department (student support team) is collectively updating student information at a specific time.

If you need to wait until then or urgently check, please call the scholarship department (031-400-4308-9).

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Transfer] I passed the transfer. When can I take a leave of absence?
    A

It is possible after the official transfer date (usually March 2nd).

Please contact the Administration Team of the Press Information Unit (031-400-5394, 5395) after applying for the procedure and actual approval.

  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [change major] Is the evaluation score different from the normal one when you transfer to a campus?
    A

    It's the same.
As announced, subject grade evaluation (80%) and interview (20%) are conducted.

This applies equally to the selection of all ex-convicts.
  • Q
[Academic fluctuations] [Transfer] I got transferred to another university. What should I do?
    A

If you passed the transfer, you can drop out so that you don't become a double school register.

If you fail to pay the tuition without dropping out, you will naturally be "unregistered," but that period will be later than dropping out.

If you inquire about the grades of the transfer students' previous universities, it is recommended to drop out immediately because it can be inquired as a student.

Check out the dropout guidelines through the Changes in Academic Records > Dropout Menu.

  • Q
[Etc] [Freshman] I keep getting school notices from my parents, what should I do?
    A

This is because the cell phone number of the parents is included in the student's own cell phone information.

You can edit your mobile phone number in the "Portal Login" -> "Edit Personal Information" menu.

Please note that there is a separate field for entering parent information.

Portal Login > MY Home > Basic Settings > Edit Personal Information.
